5 Effective Habits to Handle Any Challenges in Life

When I was at the age of 20, I was eager to read motivational stories and personal development facts that help me think to be one of the profound personalities like Bill Gates and Elon Musk. I read almost all books and YouTube videos related to them.

But, after reading and watching almost 40 books, I realized that gaining knowledge is not the only thing but implementing knowledge into action.

In order to do the transformation, we need to implement the ideas that come across in our minds which actually impact our lives. I understood this statement and now need an action plan.

After reading all of those books, there are some things that are common and one of them was that don't be afraid to take decisions because whenever we want to execute our good intentions, we need to decision and don't pay attention what other will think about.

Small steps, allow you to be consistent and give you satisfaction with your accomplishments, and don't get discouraged by other people thinking because your life your own rules.

Plan daily routine, however, gives you a sense of control and helps you to stay focus.

1. Stay hungry to learn new things

One of the key reason I found from the top millionaires that they never stop learning new things in life, still has everything.

Our brain functions differently and making our neurons more active when we are learning things curiously.

Whether you are living a comfortable life or a struggling life never stop new things from learning.

How to implement action:

Take a few minutes and think about something new that you are following in your daily routines, grab pen and paper and write down your thoughts or anything you ever wanted to learn.

Decide on one or two things that you have written and ask yourself that you have to do it no matter what happens afterward.

You can try cooking, learn any foreign language, dancing or new workouts, you can watch free videos on YouTube.With the internet in our hands, we can explore everything and find solutions within seconds.

I spend at least 2 hours every day on any new hobby which makes me excited, fresh, and active throughout and helps me to achieve my targets.

2. Celebrate your Faliures

While reading the books of successful people, I find something common that they don’t miss a single moment to remember their failures.

Celebrating your failures is the hardest thing that people resist. More frequently we celebrate when we achieve something or when there is a happy moment.

But celebrating your failures will help you to control your emotions and give you reasons that there is no such thing as a failure but give to you some explanations that by doing your actions to achieve your goals, your approach doesn’t work out now.

The truth is failure makes you upset. So you are the one who decided that instead of cursing yourself be happy and make your failures be a memorable moment that things don’t work out due to these reasons.

How to implement action:

First, take a deep breath and concentrate that it’s good that you are not getting your results with the approach you have used till now. This thing will give you are learning attitude.

You should be proud that you have the courage to execute your good intentions, so you should be proud of eating your veggies, calling your family member and friends.

You are the one who defines your win with the steps of failures.

3. Do Brainstorming Everyday

As I said dump all your creative or stupid ideas into a piece of paper. With dumping I mean to say writing.

This is the best exercise of mind that helps you with good ideas and makes you farsighted. Great leaders or the people who do research work will always write down all the thoughts into a single piece of paper and then try to connect those thoughts and ideas with each other.

Additionally, brainstorming helps you to control your emotions. It helps to let go of all the negative emotions and dark past experiences.

Even writing stupid and nonsense ideas helps you to get clarity to refine your vision and make it achievable.

How to implement action:

Try to do this activity at least once a day, it may take few minutes to get out your thoughts and emotions on a piece of paper.

All you need is a piece of paper or a notebook and a specific period of time.

I personally spend 10-minute brainstorming individually before starting my day and before going to sleep.

4. Don't Expect anything

This is the most important challenge that people fail to understand that they expect too much from their daily actions. Some people overthink too much and create virtual reality in their mind which makes them harder to live life.

You cant always stay positive or motivated and if you try it would not be easy. So you take life as it is and try to control the situation of your emotions wise.

Don't expect life to be hard. You deserve to live a happy and relaxed life, except for the struggles and miseries you have gone through.

Don't expect a life that we need to go through a hard struggle to have a happy and secure life.

How to implement action:

Focus on the things you want to create in your life to have a positive mindset because a positive mindset help to heal your struggles and negative mindset.

Do some mental exercises or yoga, which boost and clear your vision.

Your mindset is all that matters. So focus on doing your work and don't expect anything, it will act as a compounding effort.

5. Take Small Breaks

If you continuously make efforts in order to solve problems without resting, you will be likely to forced to take a break due to physical and mental strain.

With small breaks, we don't need a 1-week vacation but in order to revise or regain your thoughts, take deep breaths.

With the help of small breaks, it makes you focus on your long-term goals instead of rushing relentlessly.

How to implement action:

Don't allow social media to make you feel bad or make you overthink current scenarios. You all need to know that take care of your health not only physically but mentally too, so unfold your potential and live each day of your life to the fullest.

Your rules your life.Either rush or focus on your goals with a stable mindset.

Take a cup of tea or a refreshing drink, or go to near weekend spots that give you relief.

You should aim for the contrary: Ask yourself which habits helped you to stay happy and healthy.

Your life doesn't need to complex to live great.

The truth is that any positive habit can help you feel safe and relaxed when practiced regularly. These five effective habits will help to handle any challenges in life. It may not be easy, but believe me, it’s worth it.
